Bargain with Time March 22-23 2010

Raise your hand if you have ever experienced bargaining with time for more time. Like not sleeping at all and adjusting another hour to finish your readings though in your planner it says that you must be asleep by 2 am. Just did last Monday-Tuesday. I said I must be in bed by 2 am but then I got to bed around 4, and I haven’t really slept at all. Do you know the feeling of lying down with eyes closed but your mind just keeps on thinking no matter how hard you try to not think of anything at all and so to fall asleep? And have you also experienced this thing they called state between asleep and awake, that you are in a dream, you just thought you’re awake cause the setting is your room as is, the way you see it before you close your eyes. And suddenly, you wont feel a thing, you can’t move your body and you can’t say a word and you thought you’re awake. This is not the first time this happened to me. I’m so scared then. I don’t ever want that to happen again. They said it was because of not sleeping and over fatigue. GUILTY!
